We also respect your decision should you choose to return any product for any reason, in accordance with the terms outlined in this policy. Please read the following conditions:
- The purchase contract may be canceled within seven days from the date the costumer receives the product, or before it is shipped.
- If the costumer wishes to return the product and cancel the purchase order, this can be done by contacting the call center free number 8001248806 to submit a return or replacement request.
- The product must be in its original condition as received, including its original packaging, and must not have been used.
- If the return is due to a product defect, manufacturing fault, damage upon delivery, or incorrect item delivered, no shipping fees will be charged. The customer may choose either a replacement of the same model and price or a full return if they do not wish to replace it.
- If the return is accepted for reasons other than those mentioned in the paragraph No. 4, the costumer must arrange shipping to the company’s warehouse or bear the shipping costs (to and from). If the product was originally shipped free of charge, the return shipping fees must be charged as follows:
- For a product weighing between 1–25 kg, the return shipping fee will be 35
- For a single product weighing between 26–50 kg, the return shipping fee will be 70
- For a single product weighing 51 kg and above, the return shipping fee will be 100
- For multiple items, return shipping fees apply per item separately.
- Amwaj Aldawliyah reserves the right to refuse returns if any defect or damage is found to be caused by misuse or if the product shows signs of use.
- Amwaj Aldawliyah reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges after seven days from the date of delivery.
- If a product under warranty cannot be repaired by the authorized agent upon return, its depreciation based on usage and lifespan will be considered, and the compensation amount adjusted accordingly.
- Once a return is approved under the above conditions, the refund will be issued using the original payment method within seven business days, excluding weekends and official holidays.
