The original purchase invoice must be presented upon the installation team’s arrival at the customer’s location.
Installation services apply to air conditioners only (Split and Window) but does not apply on other products.
Window Air Conditioner Installation
The installation place must be free of any existing air conditioners prior to installation. The electrical outlet and all necessary wiring must be prepared in advance before the installation team arrives.
If the customer requests removal of an old unit, a dismantling and removal fee of SAR 100 (excluding VAT) will apply.
The installation team will remove the old window unit carefully; however, they are not responsible for any damage to the wall opening during the removal process.
All electrical works (including wiring and power outlets), as well as any civil or structural modifications, are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Split Air Conditioner Installation
The outdoor unit (compressor) must not be installed higher than 3 meters from ground level. Any additional requirements will be at the customer’s expense.
Installation includes 4 meters of copper piping free of charge (if purchased with the unit). Any additional piping will be charged as follows: SAR 75 per meter for split units and SAR 100 per meter for floor-standing or cassette units
All electrical works (including wiring and power outlets), as well as any civil or structural work, are the sole responsibility of the customer.
For units with a capacity of 36,000 BTU, the outdoor unit is installed at ground level. If wall mounting is requested, a custom metal bracket must be provided at the customer’s expense.
If the customer requests removal of an existing split unit, a dismantling and removal fee of SAR 150 (excluding VAT) will apply.
Cleaning the internal piping from previous refrigerant residue will be charged at 100 to 150 per unit (excluding VAT), depending on pipe length.
After-Sales Services
Installation is covered by a one-year warranty from the installation date.
In case of installation issues, the customer can contact the toll-free number 8001248806, and a technician will be scheduled within five business days from the time the request is received.
Any installation-related faults will be repaired by the company at no cost to the customer.
Product replacement due to manufacturing defects requires an approved technical report within five business days. If the product is unavailable, the company reserves the right to issue a refund.
The customer is solely responsible for selecting the appropriate air conditioner capacity for the installation space. Choosing an unsuitable unit size may result in inadequate cooling performance.
